Richard Raymond “Rick” Scragg, 54, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Monday January 29, 2007 in the VA Medical Center Huntington, WV. He was born July 6, 1952 in Charleston, WV. Rick is survived by his mother Ramona Marks of Huntington, WV; father Whitey Scragg and his wife Helen of Charleston, WV; sister Terry McDaniel; nephew Tim McDaniel; and brother Tony Adkins of Huntington, WV. There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Huntington. I am sorry to hear of my buddys passing. Terri, my thoughts are with you and your faily. If you need anything, please give me a holler. He was a great friend of 30 years and will really be missed by alot of people.
