Ella Maxine Fuller, 83, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away Wednesday August 20, 2008 in Rivers Bend Health Care. Maxine was born July 19, 1925 in Huntington, WV, daughter of the late Rev. Carl and Emily Pinkerman Bowen. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Fuller; infant son, Harry Lee Fuller; son, James Carroll Fuller; and sister, Colleen Simpkins. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Steven R. and Elizabeth Fuller of Fayetteville, GA; and Greg and Debbie Fuller of Huntington, WV; daughter, Diane and Tom Russell of Newark, OH; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and one brother, Carl Bowen of Proctorville, OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions to a charity of ones choice. There will be a private family service for Maxine at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.
