Mary Margaret Shortridge, 62, of Huntington, WV passed away on September 8, 2009 at her residence. She was a Marshall University graduate and was a retired teacher of the Cincinnati, Ohio school system. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Kitty Shortridge and a brother Mike Shortridge. She is survived by her brother Larry and wife Marti Shortridge; two nieces Christi Sketel and husband Dick and Tara Fullen and husband Scott; two nephews Josh Shortridge and wife Joni and Brad Shortridge and fiance Sharley Henderson; two great nephews Zachary Kincaid and Cody Sketel. She will be lovingly missed. There will be a private family service. Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements. Larry,
We were very sorry to learn of Mary Margaret's death. It's been many years since we've seen her but we have great memories of always stopping at the Shortridge home before games at the Field House. Your folks were nice hosts and fun to be around. Your mother made some tasty salmon cakes that I enjoyed. Please accept my condolences at your loss.
