 Barbara Kay Crosier, 67, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Wednesday September 9, 2009 at home. She was born July 31, 1942 in Gallipolis, Ohio. She is survived by her mother Elizabeth Persinger of Gallipolis, Ohio; husband Milton L. Wise; one daughter Tina Vanperson of Proctorville; two sons Scott LeRoy Wise of Huntington and James Frederick Wise of New Jersey; 10 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one brother Ray House of Miller, IN; and three sisters Sharon Carmichael, Connie Durham, and Donna Knapp all of Gallipolis, Ohio. Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday September 19, 2009 at New Life Lutheran Church by Pastor Scott Baker with a visitation one hour before the service at the church. Burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery Gallipolis, Ohio. Visitation will also be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday September 18, 2009 at Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio. my mom was a great mother and grandmother , we loved her dearly and will miss her terribly she had a huge heart and would help anyone who needed it she suffered in her last days and now i know she is sleeping with the angles i love u mom and i miss u
