Paul Richard Daelhousen born September 26, 1927 in Urbana, OH to Robert and Cora Daelhousen died September 19, 2009 at the Veterans Hospital in Huntington, WV. He was the loving husband to Donna Daelhousen and devoted father to Paula Daelhousen. He was also the doting grandfather to Warren and Bryanna Daelhousen. He is survived by two sisters Joanne Frock and Donna Belle Blue and one brother William Snyder. He is also survived by two step children Ronald Cotrill and Joyce Miksch and several step grandchildren Ron Cotrill, II, James, Jerry, and Jason Johnson, their children and several nieces and nephews. He served his country in the US Navy and was living at the Veterans home in Barboursville, WV. He was a member of the Masonic lodge based in Cheyenne, WY. He was a self-made man working for his own paint contracting company, Daelhousen Painting based in Morgantown, WV. He also worked as a conductor on the Union Pacific railroad in his younger days. He will be sadly missed by many.
