James F. Watts Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1939 - 2009 James F. Watts was born September 9, 1939, son of Curtis S. Watts and Myra A. Bruner. Jim passed away on September 23, 2009 at home. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Chubby) A. Watts; special sister-in-law, Roberta S. Holley of South Point; two special brothers-in-law, Dave L. McCloud of Proctorville, and Frank L. McCloud of Chesapeake; two special nephews, Patrick McCloud, and Leonard I Kipp III, both of South Point; daughter, Jamie L. Watts of Las Vegas, NV; three grandsons; and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. He is loved and will be missed by all. Graveside service will be conducted 2 P.M. Saturday October 3, 2009 at Crown City Cemetery, Crown City, Ohio.
