James M Lykins Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1951 - 2009 James M. Lykins, 58, of Huntington, WV passed away Tuesday October 20, 2009 at home. He was born August 29, 1951 in Huntington, WV. He was a member of Gospel Freewill Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father Harold Lykins. He is survived by his wife Rose Lykins; two sons James and Sherri Lykins of Kenova, WV and Jimmy and Catherine Rowe of Dublin, Ohio; one grandson Austin Lykins; special brother-in-law and sister-in-law Ronnie and Gladys Curry. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday October 22, 2009 at Hall Funeral Home by Rev. Rudolph Thompson. Burial will follow in Getaway Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. Thursday October 22, 2009 at Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

I express my condolences to all family members,friends, and acquaintances, with James's passing. I know all hearts are heavy with grief right now, but we have to remember James is now in a better place and is not in pain or suffering any longer, and it's going to get easier as time passes and you begin to remember all the good times and memories. Stand by each other and help each other thru it all, you will get thru it.

I'm sorry to hear about cousin Jimmy but I heard where he has gone and one of these days we will see him again thanks to GOD my prayers go out to the whole family
