Floyd Franklin Bartram, 89, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Saturday, April 2, 2011 at home. He was born October 23, 1921 in Huntington, West Virginia son of the late Van and Esta Mae Gawkins Bartram. He is survived by his wife of 69 years Winona Edwards Bartram; sons David (Judy) Bartram of Clarksville, IN, Philip (Stella) Bartram of Beckley, WV; daughter Deborah (Alan) Spitz of Proctorville, Ohio; grandchildren MSGT Matthew Bartram, Shelly Bartram (Steve) Marshall, Megan Bartram, Kimberly (Monte) Welch, Shawn (Megan) Bartram, Ashley Bartram, Joshua Spitz, Jeremy Spitz, Amanda Spitz; great grandchildren Gabriel Marshall, Abigail Marshall, Madeline Marshall, Justin Welch, Jared Welch and Jacob Welch; sisters-in-law Juanita Clark, Dreama White and Thelma Sweat; brother-in-law Leland (Nadine) Edwards. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, Apri 6, 2011 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Alan Spitz and Pastor Roger Pauley. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington, WV. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio.
