Alfreda Ann Haynes, 85, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Heritage Center, Huntington, WV. She was born October 19, 1932 in Chesapeake, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Marlin Haynes; one son Joseph Eugene Haynes; mother and father Eva Leona France and Roscoe James France; three sisters Madgelene Haynes, Nuuanu Maddox and Viola Tennant; one brother Dennie France; and special friend Leon Haynes. She is survived by four children Marlin Ray (Mary) Haynes, Earl Allen “Shorty” (Carol) Haynes, Marlene Ann (Mark) Pennington and Kenneth Darrell (Mary Ann) Haynes; eight grandchildren Mischelle (Eric) Wyatt, Paul Maxwell Haynes, Tina Louann Black, Lisa Diane (Don) Whitmore, LuAnn Hodges and fiance’ Steve, Timothy Daniel Black and fiance’ Carol, Clara Casella (Chris) and Teresa Spillman; 15 great grandchildren Keesha Hamm, Levi Wyatt, Zander and Xavier Brewer, Kaelin, Callista, Davis, Douglas and CarolAnn Whitmore, Samantha (Mary) Shropshire, Allen Hodges, Brooke and Allyssa Ruggles, and Katrina and Andrew Spillman; and one great great grandchild Aria Hamm. She was a very well known seamstress for many, many years for S.P. Brown, Collinsworth Interior Designs, Theresa Messer and Jo Bruce Inc. to name a few. We would like to thank the staff and management of Heritage Center of Huntington, WV who were totally dedicated to the loving care of our dear mother and grandmother. A special thanks to daughter by love, Betty Keeney, for all her support. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2018 at the funeral home.
