Joe Lee Anderson, 77, of Barboursville, WV, passed away Friday March, 23, 2018 at Southern Ohio Medical Center Portsmouth, OH. Joe was born August 25, 1940, in Cabell County, a son of the late Burke and Lucille Farris Anderson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Nina Fay Wolfenbarger Anderson, maternal grandparents Ethel and Thomas Farris, paternal grandparents Sulvanna and Virginia Alice O’Neal Anderson and one brother Bobby Burke Anderson. Joe is survived by one daughter Sheila Renee Anderson; six brothers Sulvanna(Peggy), Tommy(Audra), Billy Chris(Bea), Bruce, Benny(Betty), Butch(Ann), and two sisters; Clemmie Shepard and Theresa (Bill) Hogsett. A joint memorial service with his sister, Clemmie, who passed on April 1, 2018 will be held 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory Proctorville, Ohio.
