Glen “Dale” Holschuh, 91, of Scottown, Ohio passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Heartland of Riverview, South Point, Ohio. He was born September 26, 1926 in Willow Wood, Ohio son of the late Glen and Rosa Pugh Holschuh. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Betty Jo McConnell Holschuh and grandson-in-law Darrin Cade. He is survived by a son Danny (Lori) Holschuh; a daughter Deborah (Richard) Wiseman; six grandchildren Dustin Holschuh, Sarah Cade, Scott Wiseman, Clint Wiseman, John Wiseman and Justin Wiseman; and three great grandchildren Levi, Ethan and Jacob Cade. Dale attended Symmes Creek Missionary Baptist Church, was a retired postmaster and owner of Holschuh grocery in Scottown, Ohio. He was a member of The Ohio Valley Masonic Lodge #536 F & AM in Crown City, Ohio. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, April 20, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Justin Berry with Masonic services at 1:45 p.m. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery, Ironton, Ohio. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, April 20, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Symmes Creek Missionary Baptist Church 1386 Township Road 165 Willow Wood, Ohio 45696.
