VIVIAN DIANE PEMBERTON CHAPMAN, 60, of Huntington, WV went to be with her Heavenly Father on July 15, 2018. She was born November 16, 1957 to Frances Pemberton and Ernest McClure in Huntington, WV. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her former spouse, Timothy Chapman, the father of her daughter, Lewis Medley, Jr. and her best friend Mary Smith. She is survived by her daughter Somer Pemberton Belcher (Stephen) of Burlington, Ohio; granddaughters Stefany Belcher, Kari Belcher and Meagan Fussner; great-grandson Connor McLain, her beloved pets C.C. and Prissy and a host of family and friends. Some of her favorite times were spent fishing and cooking out and she loved to travel and spend time with her family and friends. There will be a celebration of life planned at a later date to be held at the First Baptist Church of Burlington, Ohio, Pastor Robert Young presiding. The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff at King’s Daughters Medical Center and especially Dr. Juan Bastidas whose care provided her with additional time to spend with her family. Without his care and compassion, we would not have been able to have that time with her. Also, a special thank you to Patriot EMS and especially Cricket Shields and Kevin Fairchild who provided care, love and support to her over the years. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to her family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
