Shirley Ann Moore, 81, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away on August 8, 2018. Shirley was a retired employee of Union Carbide where she worked in logistics. Shirley was born September 8, 1936 in Crown City, Ohio to the late Otis Moore and Maude Moore. She was preceded in death by her sister Glada Fleure; sister Patricia Sheets; brother Don R. Moore; and niece Cheryl Ann Napier. Shirley is survived by Loah Rose of Proctorville, Ohio; Stephen Sheets (Clara) of Las Vegas, Nevada; Scott Moore (Yutanna) of Ocoee, Florida; Angela Moore of Memphis, Tennessee; Brad Napier (Susan) of Flatwoods, Kentucky; and a great great niece Olivia Napier of Flatwoods, Kentucky. Shirley will best be remembered as someone who cherished her family above all things and was considered a loving aunt by all. A private family graveside service will be held with Rev. Timothy S. Dixon officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice House of Huntington, WV.
