Josephine Smith Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1931 - 2012 Josephine F. "Josie" Smith, 80, of Proctorville, Ohio widow of Russell Lee Smith passed away Thursday, January 26, 2012. She was born April 10, 1931 daughter of the late Salem and Eva Farley Fuller. Josie was employed by Owens Illinois Glass Company and retired after 42 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband Russell Lee Smith and son Russell Lee Smith, Jr.; two sisters Corine Singer and Louise Fuller Moore; two brothers Clifford Ray Fuller and Russell "Rusty" Fuller. She is survived by her three sons Craig Smith and daughter Lauren, Danny (Arlene) Fuller and Ed (Tammy) Smith; three daughters Romaine (Howard) Perdue, Sherry (Chuck) Wall and Roberta Edwards; three sisters Maxine Jenkins, Linda Metz and Ruth Parks; four brothers Dick Fuller, Salem Fuller, Jr., Charles "Frank" Fuller, and Gerard "P.I." Fuller; four granddaughters Amanda Edwards, Natalie Wall, Allison Reynolds of Morgantown, WV and Lauren Smith of Stow, Ohio; three grandsons D.J. Fuller of Conway, SC, Travis Fuller of Regina Saskatewan, Canada and Jared Perdue; three great grandchildren Madison Edwards, Gavin and Isabella Perdue; many nieces and nephews; four special nieces who helped care for Josie, Heather Fuller, Lori Singer, Kristen Fuller and Eva Ferguson. The family would like to thank Dr. Beam and the nurses at St. Mary's ICU who showed their loving care. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.
