Deborah Faye Thompson, 67, of Glenwood, WV, passed away September 28, 2025. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Rev. Dorin Garrett. Burial will be in Mayes-Saunders Cemetery. She was born November 15, 1957 in Huntington, a daughter of the late Harlan and Edna Darst Dean. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rachael Thompson; brothers, Carl and James, and sister, Patricia. She is survived by her husband Kenneth Scarberry; daughter, Heather Hicks, Huntington; son, Chad Dean, Huntington; sisters, Mary McCallister, Glenwood, Margaret Shull, Milton, Lisa Shull, Ona and Linda Gilfilen, Hurricane; grandchildren, Preston, Ben and Adam Dean, Tanner Spurlock, and Destinee Branham; great-grandson, Colten McGowan; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
