Tracy Ellen Adkins Belcher, 49, of Milton, WV, has finally won her battle and is with our Lord. Tracy is survived by her three children, Scott Anthony Belcher (P.J.), Haley Belcher, and Emily Belcher, along with her mother, Sheila Adkins, her siblings, Rob (Crystal) Stapleton, Thomas (Analyn) Adkins, and her “sister” Andrea Ferguson (Nathan). Tracy was also a proud nana to the granddaughter, Penelope Belcher. She was preceded in death by her “daddy” Jesse Adkins. Tracy was many things in her life, a mother, daughter, sister, friend, and most importantly, a fighter. Although she was never given the easy path in life, she always fought, not only for herself, but for the people around her. Anyone who knew her would tell you she would give someone the shirt off her back. That’s just the kind of woman she was. Funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, April 19, 2026 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Troy Nicely. Visitation will be from 5-6 p.m. Sunday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Graveside services will be conducted at 12 p.m. noon Monday, April 20, 2026 at Forest Memorial Park, Milton.
