Charlotte Conrad, 86, of Milton, WV, passed away April 30, 2026. She was born December 17, 1939 in Milton, a daughter of the late Agnue and Maudie Conrad. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Herbert Conrad, Robert Conrad, Lewis Conrad, James Conrad, Lyle Conrad, Savannah Conrad, Anna Jackson, Violet Jackson, Wanda Stewart, Betty Ryder, and Janet Conrad. She is survived by two brothers William Conrad of Bryan, Texas and Laymond Conrad of Milton, WV and many nieces and nephews that loved her deeply.
