Mary Kathryn Bowen, 83, of Huntington, passed away June 19, 2026. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, June 26, 2026, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington. She was born March 8, 1943, in Huntington, a daughter of the late John and Noma Adkins Bias. She was preceded in death by her sister, Wilda Bias, two infant brothers and step grandchildren, Nikki and Gary Dale. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Leo Bowen; children, Leigh Ann Pitts (Chris) of Barboursville and Angela Niebergall (Gene) of Ona; stepchildren, Evelyn Bowen and Jane York both of Kenova, and Leo W. Bowen (Debbie) of Huntington; sister, Danita Bias of Ashland; special niece, Jessica Smith (Bryan) of Proctorville; two special grandchildren, Makenzi and Ethan Niebergall; step grandchildren, Alisha, Tiffany, Willard, Josh and Michael; fifteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
