Barbara Sue Russell, 89, of Barboursville, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 18, 2026 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Dr. Tim Yates. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born August 4, 1936 in Huntington, WV, a daughter of the late Cline and Virgie Dodson Blankenship. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil H. Russell; five brothers; and three sisters. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Kimberly and Vic Caserta, Lorri and Paul Turman and Shawn and Curtis Foy; seven grandchildren, Tyler Christian (Jamie), Matthew Christian, Megan Anuszkiewicz (Nick), Bryan Turman (Katy), Will Ross (Maddie), Emily Sue Foy and Kailey Foy; 11 great-grandchildren, Cohen, Sloan, Harlow, Milo, Emery, Benjamin, Ivye, William, Evalyn, Juny and Mayble; and several nieces and nephews.
