PEGGY JUNE HARBOUR, 74, of Coal Grove, Ohio, was called home by our Lord, Friday, September 11, 2026. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister. A private graveside burial service for immediate family occurred on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at Enon Cemetery, Salt Rock, West Virginia, where she was laid to rest. She was born May 12, 1952, in Bickmore, West Virginia, a daughter of the late William Edward and Ruby Janet (Legg) Graham. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her older sister, Shonette Loftis, younger brother, Robert Graham, and ex-husband, Wilden Darrell Harbour II. Survivors include son, Wilden Darrell Harbour III and his wife, Tiffany, of Indian Trail, NC; daughter, Beth Ann Klaiber and her husband, James of Andis, OH; and three grandchildren, Wilden Evan Harbour of Tampa, FL, Eleanor Elizabeth Harbour of Indian Trail, NC, and Margaret Anne Harbour of Indian Trail, NC. Also surviving are brother, W. Edward Graham and his wife, Brenda of Clifton Forge, VA, Sharon Given of Charleston, WV, and Pam O’Brien of Wallback, WV. Peggy retired from American Electric Power, working both in Huntington, WV and Columbus, OH. Graveside Services were conducted by James Klaiber and Timothy Burge.
