Philip R. Brackman, 58, of Ashland, Ky., died Wednesday morning, June 30, 2010, in Kings Daughters Medical Center.
He was born March 8, 1952, in Ashland, a son of the late William and Madeline Romine Brackman.
In addition, he was preceded in death by brothers Roger Brackman, James "Denny" Brackman and Patrick Brackman.
He was retired from the Battery Terminal and a U.S. Army veteran who served two tours in Germany. He was a loving and devoted father and grandfather and will be missed by many.
Surviving are daughters Crystal (Jason) Love of Worthington, Ky., and Vicki (Brent) Tuell of Flatwoods, Ky.; sisters Teresa (Jim) Estep and Connie (Randy) Steed, both of South Point, Ohio; grandchildren Chase and Madison Love and Brycen and Braylee Tuell; and a host of loving family members and friends.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 3, 2010, at Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel in Ashland by Pastor Rick Crews.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
