William P Smith Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1928 - 2006 William P. Smith at the age of 77 passed away on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2006 at his home in Bandera, Texas. He was born on Oct. 1, 1928 in Alvin, Texas to Thomas W. Smith and Pauline Prewitt Smith. William served in the U.S. Navy. He married Tommie Hicks. William was the Commandor for the VFW post4403 in Port Lavaca, Texas for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Pauline Smith. William is survived by his wife Tommie Smith of Bandera, Texas; daughter Margaret Smith of Bandera, Texas and many other friends. Memorial seervices will be held 2pm, Saturday, Aug. 19, 2006 at St. Christopher's Episcopal Church at Hwy. 173 Bandera, Texas.
