I met Paul and Mary years ago when I was in Franklinville reading the cemeteries for the Randolph County Genealogical Society. I remember them both as kind and gracious folks. Paul took me to a couple of out-of-the-way cemeteries and was very helpful with his own churches graveyard. Keep your memories close and remember his love. With sincere sympathy, Jo Barrett

Paul always made me laugh when he would come to my shop. I was saddened to see that he passed. My condolences to you all.

I enjoyed talking to Mr. Wallace so very much. He and I shared a love of history and I so looked forward to him coming in the bank and sharing some tidbit of history with me. He would get me interested in a particular subject and I would have to read more about it. He often recommened books and places I could visit to learn more. He will always have a fond place in my heart. Carol Akers - RBC BANK - Ramseur
