Shannon Renee Caskey, 48, of Wheelersburg, OH, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2026, at her residence. She was born October 5, 1977, in Portsmouth, OH to her late father, Mark Bailey and survived by her mother, Jayne Lurie (Brigner) Bailey and her stepfather, Thomas Montavon.
After high school she earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing and worked at Cabell Huntington Hospital as an OR Nurse.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother: Christopher Mark Bailey.
Along with her mother and stepfather, those left to celebrate her life are a son: Ethan Mark Caskey; a daughter: Kaylee Renee Caskey and several family and friends that will miss her greatly.
