Archie Clifton Smith Hardy son of the late Mrs. Loudella Jackson Smith and Archie Hardy, Sr. was born August 19, 1951 in Meridian, MS. Archie age 53 was united in Holy Matrimony to Tanyella Hardy. He departed this life Saturday, August 28, 2004 in Cabell-Huntington Hospital. He completed his formal High School Education in Cleveland, Ohio. He confessed Christ at an early age. He served in the United States Air Force and U.S. Army. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Tanyella S. Hardy, Huntington, WV. Six Daughters; Alita Hardy, Huntington, WV,Anzrea and Alaina Hardy both of Alaska; Savannah, Arianna, Lakita Hardy all of Huntington, WV. Two sons; Archie, III, and Robert Hardy both of Huntington, WV. Step Daughter; Ashton Burdine, Huntington, WV. Brother, Abduallah Amin Akbar (Judy), Champaign, Il. Three Sisters; Mamie Elizabeth Brown, Cleveland, Ohio, Sally K. Johnson (Robert), Meridian, MS, and Georgia Jones (Jimmy), Meridian, MS. Several cousins. A Special friend Connie Misner, Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister. Friends may call from 6-8:00PM Friday, September 3, at the Callender Funeral Home. Services will be 1:00PM Saturday, August 4, 2004 at the Funeral Home with Elder Samuel Moore, Officiating. Burial will be Friday, August 10, 2004 in West Virginia National Cemetery, Grafton, West Virginia. The care and services for Mr. Hardy have been intrusted to Callender Funeral Home, Huntington, WV
