Joyce Ann Howell, 69, of Wellston, passed away at her home on Friday, August 12, 2005. She is survived by her Mother, Palmeria Smith of Bellefontaine; husband, Sam Howell; children, Jon Michael & Kevin Scott (Heather) of Wellston, Sammy Jo (Lynn) & Vicki Lynn Funk of Vinton; a brother, Stanley Smith; sisters, Sandy Gribbler, Joan Berry and Sally Shields; nine grandchildren & two great-grandchildren.
