1946 - 2005

David McCarty, 59, of Wellston passed away Monday, September 5, 2005 at H.M.C. - Jackson. He was the son of the late Jacob & Josephine McCarty and the husband of Saundra Jordan. David was a disabled Veteran who served in the Army during the Vietnam War.

Survivors include: his wife; his sons, Kyle (Crystal), Jason (Kelli) and Lucas (Angel); a brother Paul; sisters, Kay Webb and Helen Church; seven grandchildren.

Sorry to hear about Dave and also sorry to have missed the viewing, due to the wording in the newspaper. I remember Dave in school at Berlin Cross Roads also his brothers, George & Paul. Again sorry to hear this. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

dave was a good man, when my oldest son was in the hospital, and i couldnt find anyone to take me to visit him, dave took me all the way to gallipolis, and wouldnt charge me anything.
