Nellie Mae Russell, 97, Gallipolis, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2005, at Holzer Assisted Living, Gallipolis. She retired from Holzer Medical Center in 1973 where she had been Assistant Laundry Director. Previously, she had been employed by the TNT Plant, Pt. Pleasant, WV. Mrs. Russell was a member of the River of Life Methodist Church, Addison, Ohio.
She was born March 11, 1908, on Lewis Road in Harrison Township, Gallia Co., Ohio, daughter of the late Frederick and Mary Lewis Harrison. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hetsel Arthur Russell whom she married Dec. 7, 1927 in Gallia County.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Wednesday with Rev. Larry Fisher officiating. Interment will follow in the Reynolds Cemetery, Addison Twp., Ohio. Friends may call Tuesday, November 22 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Wetherholt Chapel, 420 First Ave., Gallipolis.
