A Celebration of Life will be held for Jill Clark, 67, of Wildwood at 10:00 a.m. Saturday March 4, 2006 at Wildwood Village Mills United Methodist Church. A private family burial will be held at R. S. Farmer Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Friday March 3rd at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee.

Mrs. Clark died February 24, 2006 at Silsbee Convalescent Center.

A native of Silsbee and a current resident of Wildwood she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Clark was a retired school teacher from Port Arthur I.S.D. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi, Texas Alpha Psi Master for 48 years and served as recording secretary for many years, AARP Wildwood Chapter treasurer for five years also treasurer for Don Allen Wildwood Sports Day. Mrs. Clark was a member of Wildwood Village Mills United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Tommy G. “Tom” Clark of Wildwood; sons and daughters-in-law Craig W. and Lynn P. Clark of Nashville, TN, Cary L. and Denise D. Clark of Hallsville grandchildren, Drew Clark of Hallsville, Shannon Clark of Nashville, TN, Audrey Clark of Nashville, Gray Clark of Hallsville and Nolan Clark of Nashville, TN; aunt Katherine Trenck and husband Paul of Kerrville; cousins, L. O. and Joyce Wray of New Orleans and Nick and Mildred Slavik of Silsbee and one nephew Thomas Harold LaToof, Jr. and wife Lisa of DeKalb.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Wildwood Village Mills United Methodist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 332, Village Mills, TX 77663.

To Jill's husband and family: Jill and I were in school together for a long time. She will be greatly missed. She always had a pleasant smile and I was blessed for having known her. My prayers are with all of you.
