Roger Dale "Shorty" Stephenson Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1946 - 2006 Roger Dale ‘Shorty’ Stephenson Funeral services for Roger Dale ‘Shorty’ Stephenson, 59, of Vidor will be 2:00 pm Friday at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment following in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Mr. Stephenson died June 21, 2006 at his residence. A native of Beaumont and a long time resident of Vidor, Shorty was owner of Shorty’s Trading Post in Silsbee. He was a member of Pipefitters Local 195. Survivors include his wife Leslie Sue Stephenson of Vidor; son Buddy Stephenson of Vidor; daughter Tina Lakey of Orange; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
