Funeral services for Cita Roberts, 74, of Evadale will be 2:00 pm Saturday at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Antioch Cemetery in Buna. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Friday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Roberts passed away June 28, 2006 at her residence.
She was a native of Puerto Rico and a longtime resident of Evadale. Mrs. Roberts was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband Everett L. Roberts of Evadale; sons, Vernon Ray Roberts of Rome, GA, Larry Allen Roberts of Buna and Ronnie Dale Roberts of Silsbee; daughters, Linda Christopher of Buna and Judy Baker of Evadale; sister Norma Glenn of Austin; thirteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted by Reverend Johnny Durham with Victory Assembly of God in Kirbyville. Honor speaker will be Chad Roberts, Mrs. Roberts’ grandson and graveside rites will be conducted by Reverend Jeff Gravis with New Beginnings Assembly of God in Evadale. Music will be provided by Beth Roberts, Mrs. Roberts’ granddaughter.
Pallbearers will be Tom Aardahl, Eric Roberts, Jarod Roberts, John Herrington, Jerry Carnley, Dustin Baker and Kevin Baker.
