Elva Ara Landers Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1914 - 2006 ELVA ARA LANDERS Funeral services for Elva Ara Landers, 92, of Silsbee will be 10:00 am Tuesday at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Landers died August 20, 2006 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. Elva was born in San Augustine and was a long time resident of Silsbee. She worked as a nurse’s aid for Baptist Hospital. Survivors include her husband Van Landers, Jr. of Silsbee; son Kevin Landers of Evadale; daughter Lisa Owens of Lumberton; four grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews.

Garrett, I wasn't sure if this was your grandmother or not until someone told me your Dad's name. We know she is in a better place, but it is still difficult to lose a loved one no matter what. Keeping you and your family next to my heart...Mrs. S.
