Graveside services for Madison Nicole Roy, infant daughter of Chris and Mindy Roy of Silsbee, will be 10:00 am Saturday, October 28, 2006 at Resthaven Cemetery.
Madison died October 26, 2006 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
Madison is survived by her parents; sister Morgan Roy and grandparents, Sherry Felps and Don and Norma Roy, all of Silsbee.

Incase you don't remember me I am Jennifer Brown McCollough, your former coworker from Little Folks of Lumberton and Redeemer Lutheran Children's Center in Beaumont and also a patient at the Eye Centers of SE TX.
