Funeral services for John Anderson Brannon, 65, of Silsbee will be 11:00 am Monday at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment following at Morse Cemetery in Buna. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home.
Mr. Brannon passed away November 3, 2006 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
Born in Taft, TX, he was a long time Silsbee resident and a pipe fitter with Conex Construction of Beaumont.
John is preceded in death by his parents Carlton and Jessie Cook; stepson Tommy Dryden; grandchild Heather Dryden and sister Carlene Williams.
Survivors include his wife Ruby Brannon of Silsbee; daughters Kimberly Kallies of Orange, Stephanie Bruce of Hamilton, Angie Bruce of Buna and Dixie Brannon of Hamilton; stepsons Carroll Dryden of Jasper and Randy Dryden of Silsbee; sisters Dixie Duke of Newburg, IN., Jimmie Ruth Sowell of San Augustine and Susan Latham of Buna; eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Michael Smith, Randall Moulder, Ricky Sanford, Roy Stanton, Berry Hollyfield and Damon Minor.
