Funeral services for Richard James Cheshire Sr., 85, of Silsbee will be 2:00 pm Sunday at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in R. S. Farmer Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
Mr. Cheshire died November 10, 2006 at Silsbee Convalescent Center.
A native and lifelong resident of Silsbee, Mr. Cheshire was retired from B. F. Goodrich.
Richard was preceded in death by his wife Rosalee Cheshire and son Richard Cheshire Jr. Survivors include four daughters, Jimmie Lee Roy of Houston, Leavey Ann Mullins of Silsbee, Hazel Marie Nichoson of Anaheim, CA and Teressa Williams of Buna; sister Hazel Jergens of Shreveport, LA and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
