John Thomas ‘Tommy Robbins, 62, of Lumberton died March 14, 2007 at his residence.
He was born in Fayette, MS August 3, 1944 to James A. and Wyland May Mann Robbins. Tommy lived most of his life in Port Acres. He worked for PBC, a paint contractor for 8 years and before that for Chemical Waste Management.
Mr. Robbins is survived by his loving wife of 18 wonderful years, Alix Ann Robbins; daughter Theresa Wigley and four grandchildren, Jamie, Lauren Ann, Taylor and Tara, whom all loved him deeply. Tommy had a great grandchild on the way. He is also survived by two brothers, George and James and three sisters, Jennie, Amelia and Wallen.
Tommy was an honorable man loved by all his family and friends very much.
