1989 - 2007
 Christopher Stephen Marcum, 17, of Hilliard, OH, passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2007. He was the son of Loretta Farley Marcum of Huntington, and Danny Marcum of Hilliard, OH. He was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Anthony Marcum, II, and his grandmother, Pauline Marcum. He was a member of the Kellogg Holiness Church of God and was a student of the Hilliard-Davidson High School where he was a member of the band. Also surviving are his grandparents, Acie and Tennessee Farley and Everett Marcum; uncle and aunt, Pat and Davanna Marcum, aunt and uncle, Lovevona and Robert Eaves, aunt and uncle, Lorraine and Miles Owens, cousin, Lovevona Mae and Scott Runyon, and their daughter, Haileigh Danielle, step-mother, Gina of Hilliard; step-sisters, Stephanie and Melissa; step-brother, Wes Blevins, and a host of family and friends. Friends may call Sunday from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Sunday at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery. Loretta,
I just wanted you to know that I am so very sorry that I was not able to attend Chris' services but I was praying for all of you and thinking of Chris. I know that you understand why it was just to hard for me to cope with. You know I love you and your family with all of my heart and I would do anything for you if I possible can. I love Ottie's family as much as I love my own family. I will continue to pray for you and all of the family in the difficult days ahead. I love you all with all of my heart. We will never forget Daniel or Chris, their names, handsome faces, and memories are forever etched in our hearts.

Danny,
You and I graduated from Vinson together--oh so many years ago. I heard from Teresa Hollinger about your sons. My deepest sympathies. I remember you as a very ncie young man and I know that you gave your children all the love in the world. I am in Columbus now and actually am a liason to Hilliard schools from FCBMRDD.
