Our prayers are with you Patsy and Wayne and families! Garland created many memories for me in his approach to hunting and fishing. He was one of the first environmentalist truly living in concert with the environment rather than just talking about it. He did a great job of passing those traits along to you two to pass along to the next generation. I really enjoyed talking to him here in Houston after Rita a couple of years ago. Shared his Blue Bell ice cream with him and carried on a conversation like we had never left camp in the early 80's. Even talked to him about interpreting the tree markings on the Hopewell deer lease as they were select cutting the hardwoods. Garland really made a difference in his brief time in this life. Thanks for all the fond memories! CW
