Mr. Woodcock died June 19, 2007 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.
Born in Doucette, Texas, he was a longtime Silsbee resident. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy on the USS Guadalcanal during WW II
Joe will be remembered for his kind heart, warm personality and generosity. He will be missed as a loving husband, a wonderful Father and a dedicated member of the Good Shepherd Church
Survivors include his wife of over 35 years Linda Woodcock of Silsbee; daughters Sheryl Bales of Lake City, Florida and Melanie Arnaud of Lumberton; sons Joel Woodcock of Herminie, PA and Johnnie Vaught, Jr. of Silsbee; eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren and extended family and friends.
