Funeral services for Linton Joseph Foux, 81, of Lumberton will be 2:00 pm Monday at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in R. S. Farmer Memorial Cemetery in Silsbee. Visitation will begin Sunday at 5:00 pm with rosary at 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
Mr. Foux died July 13, 2007 at his residence in Lumberton.
Born in Beaumont, Mr. Foux was a long time resident of Lumberton. He was a retired deputy sheriff and proudly served his country with the Navy.
Survivors include daughters Sharon Wright and husband Willie of Lumberton, Diane Hicks and husband Charlie and Sandy Janschke and husband Joe Ed all of Kerrville; son Edward Ferguson and wife Theresa of Lumberton; brothers Franklin Foux and Asa Foux both of Beaumont; eleven grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
