Funeral services for Mark Allen Taylor, 47, of Houma, LA will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 29, 2008 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment to follow at Franks Branch Cemetery in Fred. Visitation will be from 12 noon on Friday until the service at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A wake was held February 28, 2008 at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma.
Mr. Taylor died on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 in Houma.
A native of Tulsa, OK and a resident of Houma, LA, Mark was a previous resident of the Warren/Fred area. He was owner of Tay - Tech and Tornado Oil Tools.
Survivors include wife Bonnie Rhodes Taylor of Houma, LA; son Matthew Allen Taylor and wife Angie of Houma, LA; parents W.T. and Yuvonne Stone Taylor of Tyler; brothers Bill Taylor of Lufkin, Roger Taylor of Tyler and Jeff Taylor of Houma, LA; sisters Patricia Taylor of Tyler and Teresa Taylor of Tyler; grandchildren Cain Taylor, Caiden Taylor and Madisyn Taylor; in-laws Jack and Mae Hutto Gibbs of Fred and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
