You are all in our prayers. Joel was so special to me growing up. He taught me how to play cards with the "grown-ups" while our dads were out fishing. I'll always remember his smile and know that he will be greatly missed by all who love him.

Joel had to be one of my most favored cousins, partly because you never knew what to expect. He could put his arm around you and share words of wisdom, or make your side hurt from laughing at one of his stories. I always remembered gravitating to him at the Caraway Christmas dinners because he was having the most fun. Every year. Joel, you will be missed, always remembered with a smile. Love ya Cuz.

I,ll always be thankful to Joel and family for making us feel welcome when we moved to Silsbee. What a guy...just loved being around people and was always there to help!! I'll always remember the joy in Joels face playing golf. I'm sure his customers will miss his honesty. I wish Kim and I could be there. God bless Joel. And you, his loving family.
