Deliliah Elizabeth Whittle Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1944 - 2008 Funeral services for Deliliah Elizabeth Whittle, 63, of Silsbee will be 2 p.m. Saturday June 14, 2008 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment to follow at Hooks Cemetery in Kountze. Mrs. Whittle died June 12, 2008 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. She worked as a cook for the Silsbee Country Club before retiring. Delilah was a member of Faith Christian Center. Mrs. Whittle was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Russell Whittle, Sr. and son Thomas Russell Whittle Jr. Survivors include daughter Cynthia Hanks of Silsbee; sisters Paula Ayres and Joanne Bowman both of Silsbee; brother John Paul Farris of Honey Island; mother Osa Mae Sparks of Silsbee; grandchildren Patience Hanks and Chance Hanks both of Silsbee and son-in-law Doug "Peanut" Hanks of Silsbee.

Cyndi, Peanut, and precious babies.....MY HEART AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU NOW AND ALWAYS....The lord blesses us with only a few TRUE friends.....I have just lost one of my BEST....I loved your Mom dearly, but you know that....We were two of a kind.....Knew each others thoughts before a word was spoken....I know that she will be with us all in spirit to guide us thru our time we have left on this earth...Love Ya Always....Deb
