I was in his Boy Scouts with him and learned a lot of skills which I still use in everyday life. I remember a winter campout at his home on the lake and remember the great times. I still live in the area and ran in to him several times and always enjoyed a visit about the camping and hikes we went on. He will be greatly missed and I'm sorry to hear of his passing, but lots of good memories.

Will never forget the great times with Max in troop 233. He always tried to show us the correct way to do camping things and never got mad if we flubed up. My thoughts and prayers to the family.
