Pat - just wanted to say I'm so sorry that you have lost Larry. I'm sure it's still a shock and hurts so much. Just wanted you to know Jess and I are thinking about you. She's working and has a 7 month old and one due Jan 28. Can you believe it? I'm still in shock - but she's got pregnant both times on birth control. Life happens - and both my grandchildren are wonderful. Enjoy your family..... Hugs and prayers Cathy & Jess Pietras

elCee, this is elBee& Whats it been, 60 years or so, since we used those secret code names? Sure hope they get this publication up there where you are, cause I got a coupla things to say. First of all, we had no idea the Angels were looking for a curve ball pitcher. They sure went for the best when they got you. Just promise us youll throw behind their back and scare the p-waddlin whatever out of them just like you did us as we watched that ball sweep across the plate. We are going to really miss you here in the minors but weve all known you were big league material and when the big Manager called your name, we knew youd have to go. Secondly, keep in mind you dont have to paint the dugout and the clubhouse just because you think thats the thing to do. Aw, forget it, youre gonna do it anyway because you always have. Pals forever, elBee ps&Do NOT mention how the cat got on the roof&

Uncle Larry was one of the kindest gentlest people you would ever meet. He was always fun to be around and gave me one of my fondest childhood memories by taking my brother and I to WMU to see Richie Jordan play. Wish that I could be with you all to celebrate his life. God bless. Jeff

Dear Pat and family, I was saddened to read about Larry's passing. Because of my caregiving duties with my Mom I will not be able to attend the visitation or the service. I have many fond memories of you and Larry at the car shows over the years. He was such a nice person and everyone was his friend. I especially remember his kindness and compassion for me when Don passed away. I know he cared for Don a lot and his words and his hug helped me so much as I dealt with my grief. I will remember him always. Please accept my deepest sympathy. May the memories of Larry give you peace and comfort in the years to come.

To Pat and all of Larry's family: My thoughts are with you. Larry was a kind man with a ready smile. I remember him in school as being very pleasant and always helpful. The Class of '57 is glad he was with us at last year's 50th reunion. There are nice pictures of him in our Class of '57 memory Wappaw. I hope you will be comforted by wonderful memories from the past.
