James Bria Orsborn age 53 of Greenville died on August 27, 2008 in Grand Rapids at Metro Health Campus. He was born in Crystal Falls, Michigan August 13, 1955 the son of James T. and Katherine Bria Orsborn. He was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus and was employed at Vertis Corp. He enjoyed nature, whether fishing or golfing. He loved music and played bass guitar in a band.
His father, James T. Orsborn preceded him in death on December 17, 2007.
He is survived by his mother, Katherine Orsborn of Turk Lake, his sisters and brother-in-law, Katherine Sampson of Lakewood, Ohio and Mary and Dr. David Price of Greenville Wisconsin, his nieces and nephews, Michael and Holly, Jeff, Molly and Dan, Brianna, Kaira, and James, his great nieces and nephew, Katie, Nickolas, Lauren, Charlotte and Rozylind, uncles, aunts and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday August 30, 2008 at 10 AM from St. Charles Catholic Church with Rev. Father Philip Salmonowicz as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday at the Hurst Funeral Home from 6 to 8PM with a vigil at 6 PM. Memorial contributions may be given to St. Charles Church or a charity of your choice.
