Uncle Joe will be deeply missed. He had such an electric personality and always made people laugh and smile either with a joke or a song. Joe loved Jesus, his mother & family and Johnny Cash haha so although we are gonna miss you and want you here with us...we know you are having an amazing time right now and your in a beautiful place. I wouldnt be surpised if you and Johnny Cash are playing your guitars & singing for Jesus. I wish i could see how happy you are now but until then we will miss you being here with us and we love you very much. Darci Kevin Brittany Trevor & Zackary Gene

Gene, Barb and family We want to express our deepest sadness in the loss of Joe. Joe has been part of our family for many years and we are going to miss him greatly. We are going to miss him singing, telling his jokes and most of all his little grin and laugh. Joe shared many stories throughout the years. His favorite ones were when he was in his country band. Joe and I would sing songs from the older days and he would just laugh with me cuz Lord knows I can't carry a tune. One of his proudest moments was when we made the video of him singing. I remeber the day I went to show him his personal video with his picture on the cover. He said to me, "Nancy (he called me that for 11 years never got that my name was just Nan) I finally made it big with my picture and name on a CD. Joe was the perfect gentleman and we will dearly miss him. In God's Loving Hands Nan Ellis and the staff at Metron of Greenville
