Donna Grace Rial age 83 of Cedar Springs formerly of Belding and Greenville died Thursday January 15, 2009 at Metron of Cedar Springs. She was born in Greenville on September 8 1925 the daughter of Clyde and Mabel Seat Reynolds. She was a graduate of Greenville High School in 1944 and was married to Alvin C. Rial on May 25 1946. She retired from Belding Products in 1986 with 20 years of service and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cedar Springs. She and her father enjoyed going to the Detroit Tigers games, the family cottage at Turk Lake and after retirement she and her husband loved to travel in their motor home.
Alvin died on January 16,1999 and her daughter Nancy Holland died in 2004. Her brother Roderick Reynolds and sister Arlene Curtis also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her son Michael Rial of Belding and grandchildren; Jason Holland of Zeeland, Heather and Nathan Maracchini of Zeeland and Nicholas and Felicia Holland of Holland, great grandchildren Danion Holland and Brayden Maracchini, son-in-law Ron and Karen Holland of Gowen, her sisters, Jean and John Britzman of Greenville and Gertrude and Robert Luce of Florida and her brother Douglas and Gay Reynolds of North Muskegon, her sisters-in-law, Eloise Goodreau of Texas, Marie LaBelle of California and Mary Rumisek of Ionia and nieces and nephews.
Funeral and committal services will be held on Tuesday January 20,2009 at 11 AM from Hurst Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Howard of First Baptist Church of Cedar Springs officiating. Burial will be in the Spring at East Montcalm Cemetery,Greenville. Visitation will be on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
