Rebecca Loyce Weaver-Blackburn Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1961 - 2009 Funeral services for Rebecca Loyce Weaver Blackburn, 48, of Kountze will be 10:00 am Saturday February 7, 2009 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment to follow at R. S. Farmer Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Mrs. Blackburn died January 31, 2009 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Beaumont and lifelong area resident, she was a waitress at The Golden Corral. Rebecca was preceded in death by father Glyn Weaver; brothers Bobby Weaver and Ronnie Weaver and uncle Jack May. Survivors include husband Philip Blackburn of Kountze; mother Betty Jones of Beaumont; sons Timothy Carr, Jr. of Beaumont and Christopher Carr of Dam B; daughter Stacey Verrett and husband Jason of Port Neches; sisters Zelma Coats & husband Charlie of Kountze, Kathy Long and husband Jack of Vidor, Glenda Shaw of Pasadena and Beverly Kimball of Vidor; brother Jesse Weaver of Vidor and Dennis Weaver of Beaumont; grandsons Jason and Kason Verrett and numerous nieces and nephews.

My favorite Aunt Becky not a day goes by that i don't think of you, you were a second mom and I miss you dearly, and as I sit here I know your in heaven looking down telling us all not to cry that everything will be okay, it's just so hard tosay good bye. I LOVE YOU FOREVER

I remember watching a little girl, with the biggest smile turn into a beautiful woman, daughter,sister,mother and grandmother. Becky was a special little girl. May she rest in peace. My prayers go to Betty and all those that Becky loved. Gertie
