Funeral services for Bruce Ray Russell, Sr., 57, of Vidor will be 1:00 pm Monday, February 16, 2009 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment to follow in R. S. Farmer Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Russell died February 14, 2009 at Promise Hospital in Nederland.
A native of Beaumont, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Mr. Russell was a U S Marine Veteran and a painter by trade.
Preceded in death by son Danny Jason Russell. Survivors include wife Donna Russell of Vidor; sons Bruce Russell, Jr. and William Russell both of Vidor; sister Carolyn Burge of Lumberton; brothers Louie Russell, Jr. of Buna, Roger Russell and Vernon Russell both of Vidor, Doug Russell of Fred, Gary Russell of Sour Lake and Billy Russell of Vidor.
